Your CV review

When you ask for a review we store your CV, your email and the result so you can see it again. Contact details are removed before your CV is sent to our AI provider. We do not score or keep using your age, gender, religion, marital status, state of origin or photo.

The talent pool

Joining the pool is a separate, optional choice. If you join, verified employers can see your profile without your contact details. Your email and phone number are only shared after you accept an introduction. Your CV stays in the pool for six months, then we ask you to update or confirm it.

Applying for jobs

When you apply for a job, or accept an employer's invitation, we share your application and CV with that employer only. We use AI to compare your CV with the skills the job asks for and to suggest interview questions. Personal details such as your date of birth, religion or state of origin are removed before this check and never count. The AI only helps the employer; a person makes every hiring decision. Employers keep their own notes on applications.

Pay survey

Pay answers are pooled. Employers only ever see ranges for groups of five or more people, never your own figure.

Your rights

You can leave the pool or ask us to delete your data at any time from My account. To get a copy of your data, email the SkillzHQ team.
